Terms of Use

1. Who we are

RoadMind is provided by Ardalan Ebrahimi, Pragpath Studio, Frankenallee, 14052 Berlin, Germany (“we”). Contact: info@pragpath.com.

2. Private alpha

RoadMind is currently a private alpha. Access is by invitation and free of charge. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and we may end the alpha at any time. We will tell you in advance before introducing any paid plan; nothing becomes chargeable without your explicit agreement.

3. Your account

Keep your access code and devices secure, and do not share your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use RoadMind.

4. AI-generated content

Answers, explanations and review cards are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they are not professional advice (for example medical, legal or financial). Check important information against reliable sources before relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoadMind to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• generate content that is harmful, harassing or sexually exploitative;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits of the service;
• enter other people’s personal data without a legal basis.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

What you write and the learning material created from it remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Because RoadMind is provided free of charge during the alpha, our liability is otherwise limited to intent and gross negligence (§§ 521, 599 BGB apply accordingly).

8. Ending use

You can stop using RoadMind at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@pragpath.com.

9. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
